Upgrading to QuizXpress 6

QuizXpress 5 is a major update, hence a new activation key is required. For customers owning a commercial license, the key will be upgraded automatically. For regular licenses an upgrade must be purchased.

Commercial license

If you own a commercial QX5 license key, you are entitled a free upgrade. Please follow the steps below to upgrade:

• Download the QX6 installer from: https://www.quizxpress.com/installer/QuizXpress6.exe
• Install version 6 by running the downloaded installer; read and accept the license agreement and click the Install button
• Open QuizXpress Studio. The activation window appears with your current commercial QuizXpres 5 key. Click the ‘Activate’ button the upgrade your key.

Non-commercial license

If you don’t own a commercial license key, you first need to purchase an upgrade. You can do so from our shop at: https://www.quizxpress.com/en/shop

• Once you have received the key by email, follow the steps as below:
• Download the QuizXpress 6 installer from: https://www.quizxpress.com/installer/QuizXpress6.exe
• Install version 6 by running the downloaded installer; read and accept the license agreement and click the Install button
• Open QuizXpress Studio. The activation window appears with your current QuizXpress 5 key. Enter your new QuizXpress 6 key in the textbox for the activation key and click the ‘Activate’ button.

Home License

From QuizXpress 6, the home license is offered as a mobile subscription which also supports the Sony buzzers.
