Symptoms:
When starting the QuizXpress installer, it stops after a while with the following message:
This error can occur when a virus scanner interrupts the installer. We have especially seen this happening with the AVG Virus Scanner.
This does not happen due to a false positive. It happens because of the way this particular virus scanner operates and affects our installation process.
Resolution:
Currently the only way to work around this is to temporarily disable the virus scanner and restart the installer. Don't forget to turn on the virus scanner after installation.
